There is no checkout and no charge for exploring or downloading a greeting card. No paid video order can be placed here.
Before orders open
The offer will state exact output specifications, music inclusion, price, an estimated delivery range, and the policy for failed or materially defective results.
Failure handling
The planned launch rule is one credit per complete video. A final generation failure returns the reserved credit automatically. Refreshing or reopening a task must not charge again. A slow or pending task is not yet a final failure. These rules still need live verification; a credit return is not automatically a cash refund.
